Following the success of last year’s inaugural run of the YPN Mentoring Programme, the SIArb YPN is pleased to announce the return of the YPN Mentoring Programme.

The YPN Mentoring Programme is an exciting opportunity for around 20 young Singapore-based professionals with four years or less of arbitration experience and a keen interest in this field to receive mentoring from senior, established arbitration specialists. The mentors will be supported by mid-level group facilitators for the duration of the programme cycle, during which mentoring groups will meet three to four times over a period of six months.

Selected mentees will be divided into groups of four to five, with one senior mentor and one group facilitator assigned per mentoring group.

During each of the mentoring group meetings, mentors will provide practical advice and career guidance to their mentees, as well as discuss topical academic issues. Mentors may also decide to present mentees with writing or research opportunities, which mentees may choose to participate in at their discretion.
