About this Webinar:
Conflicting headwinds have marked 2022. Most international economies have re-opened after 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic, and business activities have crept back towards pre-pandemic leve ls. At the same time, business outlook has been muted by the war in Ukraine and rising inflationary pressures.
In t he international arbitration space, 2022 saw a return to arbitration-relate d travel and in-person hearings, although virtual and hybrid hearings remai n popular. The Singapore courts have also continued to see a significant nu mber of arbitration-related applications, in particular for the setting asi de of awards.
SIArb’s annual lectu re, Developments in Singapore Arbitration, returns in 2023 in webinar forma t. Hear from speakers who will not only provide an overview of the decision s made by the Singapore courts in 2022, but will also discuss some of the c ommon issues and trends that may impact the Singapore arbitration landscape .

Webinar participants will be able to watch and listen to (via computer audi o or telephone line) the video presentation and Q&A discussion on their screens, receive a PDF copy of the presentation slides, as well as partici pate in the Q&A discussion by sending in their questions to the moderat or via text using the built-in Q&A function.
